You Will..
- Make every effort to be successful

- Be transparent with any issues customer and technical service issues
- Ensure all work exceeds both the manufacturers and Australian Standards
- Keep the vehicle in a tidy and organised manner

Each Tradespeople must Complete our In-house Appliance University Training Course
The first step is training. All new trades people attend our in house appliance university training couse, which covers key areas of appliance service, repairs and installations.
It will be their first time entering the appliance service industry for most new tradespeople. Learning key fundamentals around applaince repairs and installations is important; however, training isn t all technical training; a strong focus is on communication and customer service.
